In this critical role, you will assist with students’ academic and daily living skills, while implementing programming based on ABA principles. You will participate actively in school routines and contribute to clinical team meetings, ensuring all practices align with individualized student goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily school operations and provide instruction
• Implement academic and behavioral interventions under supervision
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Assist with living skills support and safety care procedures
• Collaborate in preparing instructional materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, RBT certification, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years in ABA with diverse populations
• Capable of effective data collection and instructional methods
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with staff
• Valid driver's license for travel to various locations
