• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback
• Partner with stakeholders to align training with business objectives
Requirements:
• 2+ years in training or facilitation roles
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Motivational approach to adult learning
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in an insurance or contact center setting preferred
