The company creates custom‑designed greenhouses for research, education, and retail garden centers.

The Powder Coating Technician is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components using powder coating processes to achieve a high‑quality, durable finish. The role includes surface preparation, operating coating equipment and curing ovens, inspecting finished parts for quality and consistency, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing routine equipment maintenance.

• Prepare and clean parts for powder coating, ensuring they are free from contaminants.
• Operate automatic spray guns to apply powder paint evenly and consistently to metal substrates.
• Change color and clean booths throughout the shift and prevent color contamination.
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including ovens, grit blasters, spray booths, and application guns.
• Perform QA tests, including visual inspections, to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Clean and maintain all equipment, including spray guns and ovens.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, production runs, inventory, paint consumption, and QA testing.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Focus on quality and time management.
