Must-Haves:
MINIMUM 12 years of RN practice ? total career years, all settings count
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing ? RN diploma or BScN
CNO registered, in good standing ? no pending hearings or conditions
Broad knowledge of Ontario health legislation from years of Ontario practice: PHIPA, RHPA, HCCA, Ontario Hospitals Act No
CNO disciplinary history
Current BLS / BCLS / CPR certification ? Level C, Health Care Provider
Legal right to work in Canada
Available for in-person assignments ? this is not remote work
Preferred:
Charge nurse, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience
Experience across multiple care settings over your career
Experience mentoring or orienting newer nurses
Mixed acute care and community background
