Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in selling new and used vehicles.
Your role will involve intensive customer follow-ups and making calls to ensure customer satisfaction. By participating in workshops and meetings, you will enhance your selling techniques and adapt to dynamic market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage potential buyers via CRM follow-ups
• Execute 40 outgoing calls each day to maintain interest
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in weekly sales meetings
• Ensure high turnover rate of customers in the showroom
• Follow up extensively on unsold leads to drive sales
Requirements:
• Over 1 year of experience in dealership sales
• Familiarity with dealership processes and strategies
• Effective communication and relationship skills
• Strong urgency and integrity in daily tasks
• Necessary OMVIC License is required
