Elevate your sales career with a leading biostimulant manufacturer in Southern Ontario. This full-time Sales Agronomist position focuses on engaging greenhouse growers and expanding product adoption.
M&F Talent seeks an adept Sales Agronomist to drive growth in the Leamington and Kingsville regions. You will manage and develop grower relationships, offer technical sales support, and educate clients on biological solutions. Your expertise in agricultural sales will be critical in meeting business goals and promoting sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage existing accounts within controlled environment agriculture
• Introduce and sell biostimulant products to growers
• Identify and acquire new customer accounts
• Support field demonstrations and retailer meetings
• Develop 1-year and 3-year business plans for accounts
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in agriculture or horticulture
• Strong understanding of controlled environment practices
• Degree in agronomy or related field preferred
• Skilled in territory management and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
