Position: Sales & Marketing Representative (Commission-Based Contract)
Prism Technology Development is a growing startup focused on digital services, creative solutions, and technology innovation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our client base, expand awareness of our brand, and contribute to the growth of the company.
This is a flexible, commission-based contract opportunity ideal for:
Students
Individuals looking to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, networking, and business development
The role is fully performance-based and self-directed, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience while working alongside an ambitious and growing technology startup.
This is an initial 3-month contract period, after which performance will be reviewed. Based on results and mutual fit, there will be an opportunity to renew and extend the contract.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who are excited about entrepreneurship, business development, and helping build a brand from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Generate leads and identify potential clients for our digital and web services
Attend local networking events and build professional relationships
Represent and promote the Prism brand in the community
Learn and communicate our service offerings and value propositions
Help grow awareness of our agency and services
Work independently to develop outreach and lead generation strategies
Our Services Include
Through Prism Design, we provide:
Website design and development
Graphic design and branding
Social media management
Google Workspace setup and management
Email hosting solutions
Printing and promotional materials

Preferred qualifications:

Background in marketing, sales, communications, or business
Local networking or community engagement experience
Student or recent graduate preferred
Compensation
This is a commission-based contract role.
Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated from clients and services you bring to the company. The more successful leads and clients you generate, the greater your earning potential.
While this role focuses on helping grow Prism Design, it also provides an opportunity to gain exposure to the innovative projects being developed within Prism Labs. Strong performers may have opportunities to participate in future research and development initiatives.
