In this vital role, you will target exceeding sales goals while implementing strategic plans for corporate account growth. Candidates should have strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and products, combined with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills. You’ll also conduct training for distributor teams to enhance their capabilities in promoting Windsor products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Surpass annual sales targets in the designated area
• Train and assist Distributor Sales Representatives
• Develop and nurture Corporate Account partnerships
• Support with sales demos and closing strategies
• Ensure the demo equipment is well maintained
Requirements:
• Comprehensive understanding of the cleaning market
• Proven ability in sales and strategic planning
• Strong communication for building trust with clients
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to distributor support
• Must reside within the assigned sales area
