As a Package Handler Trainer, your role will involve training new employees and providing feedback on best practices. You will regularly engage in physical tasks like loading and unloading packages while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborating with management, your insights will contribute to improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on unloading, loading, and palletizing

• Offer assistance to Package Handlers as needed

• Enforce dock safety protocols during training

• Relay operational updates to managers

• Model package handling techniques for peers

Requirements:

• Preferred six months of experience in package handling

• Strong ability to communicate and teach

• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment

• Must lift between 10 and 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license if operating equipment
