Profile Summary
Primary accountabilities are for project planning, day‑to‑day execution, management, implementation, readiness, and reporting of large and significant projects or small to medium programs (typically up to 10 million dollars). These projects contain high complexity, high risk, numerous resources, and complex organizational change issues that support moderate to complex business unit or corporate goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver project or program objectives on time, with quality, within scope and budget.
- Lead planning, monitoring, and delivery activities to ensure on‑time and quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and manage a holistic view of milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Provide accurate estimates and manage budgets, funding, forecasts, and actuals.
- Anticipate and address potential problems that could jeopardize delivery, budget, or customer acceptance.
- Remove barriers that prevent the team from completing objectives.
- Partner with Finance to provide insights on project financials and forecast.
- Establish strong working relationships and trust with senior leadership; share perspectives and insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project team, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiate priorities and solutions efficiently to achieve business outcomes.
- Drive lessons learned and knowledge retention for future use.
- Identify and champion cost‑reduction and efficiency opportunities while delivering all commitments.
- Coach and mentor members of the PM community.
- Manage vendor relationships as required.
- Strong ability to promote, champion change, and start with ‘yes’.
- Innovative leader who questions the status quo, influences change, and provides forward‑thinking solutions.
- Expert at operating with ambiguity and limited information.
- Strong soft skills and judgment; leadership and people skills are critical.
- Project/Program Management experience with financial acumen.

- Proven track record of driving simplified solutions to complex problems.

- Knowledge of project management principles; 5+ years managing large and significant projects or small to medium programs (4–10 million dollars).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is 100,070 USD to 157,470 USD, with additional incentive opportunities based on role and performance objectives. Compensation details may vary by location, experience, education, and skill level.
