Salary
: $165,000–$180,000 + Bonus.

• Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP.
• Serve as primary contact for external audits and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Oversee sales tax filings, regulatory compliance, and multi‑entity accounting responsibilities.
• Manage, develop, and support the accounting team while driving efficiency and accuracy in the close process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing or distribution environments with exposure to inventory and operational accounting preferred.
