Accounts Specialist in Financial Operations

Be integral to financial success as an Accounts Specialist in Financial Operations, balancing both Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. This full-time contract role spans six months.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining vital cash flow by ensuring accurate processing of customer and vendor transactions. You will liaise between departments, addressing payment matters while adhering to internal controls and procedures to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and review accurate invoices for equipment and services

• Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with approvals

• Reconcile accounts and maintain financial accuracy

• Follow up on overdue accounts to enhance collection efforts

• Provide administrative support during month-end reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in AP/AR roles for 2-4 years

• Understanding of accounting principles and internal controls

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting management systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while supporting teamwork
