Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payments
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure all financial data is current and precise.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist and support senior finance & accounting staff with month‑end and year‑end closing duties
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience as an Accounting Clerk or a similar role.
Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle)
Proven track record of accuracy in data entry and financial record‑keeping.
Knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards applicable in Manitoba.
