Position: Innovative Mechanical Designer Role
Become a Mechanical Designer at Norstar Industries, located in Morris, Manitoba. This full-time position focuses on using 3D CAD to create designs that enhance agricultural product efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will design and improve product lines that perform under real-world conditions. Your expertise in Autodesk Inventor will allow you to translate concepts into detailed production layouts while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

Your role will also include providing technical support and driving innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs with Autodesk Inventor for Norstar products

• Draft production-ready designs and ensure accuracy

• Optimize designs for manufacturing and performance

• Collaborate with various departments for project alignment

• Support production with troubleshooting and technical solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D CAD design (essential)

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing design principles

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical software

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
