In this role, you will lead the preparation of mechanical layouts and create precise 3D models encompassing HVAC and fire protection systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and layouts

• Develop 3D models utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD

• Integrate designs with architectural and other disciplines

• Maintain compliance with building and plumbing codes

• Support engineers through all project phases

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of design experience in buildings

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection

• Advanced skills in REVIT MEP and AutoCAD MEP

• Excellent organizational and teamwork capabilities
