Position: Mechanical Drafter for Building Services
Exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Drafter to work on building services projects. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD while engaging in HVAC and plumbing designs.

As a Mechanical Drafter, you will work with engineers and designers to develop mechanical drawings for a range of projects, including institutional and industrial facilities. Key responsibilities include drafting detailed designs, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and making necessary revisions based on project criteria. You will also perform site visits to assist in the assessment of existing systems while ensuring all work meets current standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify mechanical drawings using Revit

• Coordinate with other disciplines for design integration

• Revise layouts per project requirements

• Conduct site visits for existing system evaluations

• Stay informed about codes and industry practices

Requirements:

• Membership in a Professional Engineers Association

• Skilled in Revit or AutoCAD

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Background in building design or construction

• A driver's license is desirable
