Explore an exciting full-time opportunity as an Accounts Payable Corporate Services Coordinator at Canada Life. This role champions timely vendor payments and employee reimbursements while nurturing team collaboration.
You will lead the administration of the AP process, ensuring each transaction is reviewed in Ariba, SAP, and Concur for accuracy and compliance. Interaction with colleagues and external vendors is vital, as you assist in problem-solving and training team members to maintain best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely audits and postings of expense submissions
• Oversee payment runs including EFT and cheques
• Maintain and protect sensitive vendor information
• Collaborate with Taxation on tax coding reviews
• Act as the main contact for inquiries and escalations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in accounts payable roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (O365)
• Familiarity with Ariba (P2P), SAP, or Concur is advantageous
• Self-motivated with excellent decision-making skills
