Trans-Canada Capital, a leading asset management firm, seeks an experienced Senior Analyst specializing in performance metrics for institutional investors. In this role, you'll ensure the reliability of performance data and reports for internal stakeholders like Client Solutions teams. Your expertise in various asset classes, strong analytical skills, and programming experience will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate, validate, and analyze multi-asset portfolio performance
• Apply best practices in performance measurement
• Develop expertise in fixed income and global equities
• Lead performance report production and improvement
• Design controls for data integrity and governance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• At least five years of performance measurement experience
• Strong knowledge of investment methodologies and benchmarking
• Advanced SQL, Python, and Power BI skills
• Bilingual in English and French for client support
