Junior Finance & Accounting Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline to join our team as a Junior Finance & Accounting Analyst. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop practical financial and accounting skills while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.
You will work closely with the finance team to support financial reporting, budgeting, data analysis, and general accounting activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of financial reports and analysis
Support monthly and quarterly close processes
Reconcile accounts and review financial transactions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support internal process improvements and financial controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, or other professional designation is an asset
