This role supports the Senior Office Administrator and involves handling accounts payable and receivable while ensuring accurate implementation of the Three-Way Match principle. You’ll be a vital part of the team across Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Thunder Bay offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer bills and vendor invoices accurately
• Track operational costs and manage inventory counts
• Review and prepare customer credit documentation
• Maintain organized branch paperwork and reports
• Assist in closing month-end procedures for audits
Requirements:
• Strong foundation in accounting principles
• Familiarity with Odoo or Quick Books preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills and computer proficiency
• Excellent time-management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for coworker interaction
