Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware and software issues
• Resolve help desk tickets efficiently and effectively
• Perform installations and technical support at client locations
• Set up and configure networking devices and IP systems
• Document work done and communication with clients
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT support experience
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware/software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
