Key Responsibilities:
• Install and manage computer hardware and networking software
• Maintain and troubleshoot local and wide area networks
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements
• Provide user support and problem-solving assistance
• Conduct data backups and ensure effective disaster recovery
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP diploma in Information Technology
• Previous experience in network tasks is preferred
• Permanent residency or valid work permit for Canada
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
