In this position, you will be responsible for delivering nursing services independently while also collaborating with healthcare teams for efficient patient care. Your commitment to ethical nursing standards and effective communication will be vital as you provide needed support in pediatric settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert nursing services to pediatric surgery patients
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications
• Coordinate patient care and discharge effectively
• Adhere to nursing standards and regional policies
• Communicate effectively within the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Registered Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Preferred recent experience in pediatric surgery
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Capacity to handle demanding and fast-paced environments
