NICU Registered Nurse Position

Position: NICU Registered Nurse Position Available
Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Practice Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care. Provide essential nursing services and coordinate patient care and discharge for complex neonatal cases.
As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will deliver independent nursing care under the supervision of the Health Services Manager. This role requires recent NICU experience along with up to two years of acute care experience. Your bilingual skills in English and French will facilitate in-depth conversations with diverse patient families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing services for neonatal patients

• Administer prescribed medical treatments as required

• Lead and coordinate care within the health care team

• Ensure timely patient discharge and care transitions

• Maintain active participation in nursing professional associations
Requirements:

• Recent NICU experience preferred

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program

• Current CRNM registration is mandatory

• Successful completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
