Quality Systems Investigator

This role reports to the Quality Systems Supervisor, focusing on quality investigations in the Food, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device Industry. Key responsibilities include managing customer complaints, leading deviation actions, and participating in audits while ensuring timely corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating improvements and promoting system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough complaints investigations and manage documentation

• Lead deviation investigations and implement CAPAs promptly

• Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness

• Participate in internal and regulatory audits

• Track and manage supplier issues through SCARs

Requirements:

• 2+ years in quality investigations in regulated industries

• 2+ years in GMP environments

• Knowledge of Health Canada regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Bachelor's degree in a related science field preferred
