Are you ready for a great OTR position? This role offers dry van or reefer options, with a preference for partners ready to roll. We have 2024‑2027 Volvo and Freightliner trucks equipped with APU, Refrigerator, Microwave, Inverter and Tablet.
Driver Responsibilities- Reefer / Dry Van duties
- Trucks governed at 72 mph; automatic transmission
- Dry Van has 70% drop & hook;
Reefer has live load & unload - No touch freight
- 4 weeks out, 5 days home
- Dry Van pay: $0.70 CPM; average $2,200 weekly
- Reefer pay: $0.73 CPM; average $2,400 weekly
- Average over 3,000 miles weekly
- Run all 48 states
- Must have 1 ½ years OTR experience, with a CDL license showing 2 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Only 1 DOT recordable accident in the past 3 years
- No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 2 years
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
- No failed drug test ever
- Urine drug screen required
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
