In partnership with the LPGA, WTGL will feature teams of the world’s best women golfers and is targeting a the winter 2026-27 launch. TMRW Sports is supported by an influential and diverse investor group of athletes, celebrities, and business leaders from the worlds of sports, media, technology, and finance.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead marketing campaigns that build our brands and grow fan engagement. You’ll own end-to-end campaign delivery and serve as a key connector between our internal Marketing, Partnerships, Team Relations, Licensing and Broadcast teams, along with our external agency partners. This role requires strong project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing reports to the Sr. Director, working closely across marketing functions.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing strategies and executable plans
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and partnerships
- Oversee trafficking of all marketing assets to ensure specs, deadlines and placements are met across media, partners, and broadcast
- Manage scopes, timelines, feedback cycles, and budgets to keep work efficient and accountable
- Own brand consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints, including paid media, partner creative, team assets, in-venue creative, and broadcast integrations
- Lead external agencies to deliver high-impact creative and campaigns
- Partner with Marketing Operations on budgets, invoicing, integrated marketing calendars, and project tracking
- Lead preparation of campaign recaps, performance readouts, and leadership decks
- Run key meetings and workflows, including agendas, creative reviews, timelines, and follow-ups
- Develop clear, compelling presentation materials and decks to support marketing initiatives and leadership needs
- Track performance across channels including paid, social, CRM, and media
- Use data and fan insights to evaluate what’s working, identify gaps, and optimize future campaigns
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, golf, entertainment, or media
- Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives at once
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- A strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM, social, paid media, and other performance reporting tools
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
