Project Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
Location:
Winterthur

Responsibilities- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Ensure on‑time delivery of all project milestones by monitoring progress and addressing bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with customers and cross‑functional teams to align contributions and dependencies.
- Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams to communicate project status, risks, and escalations.
- Allocate and optimize internal personnel resources to meet project demands.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts or gaps that may impact delivery.
- Risk & Quality Assurance
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through regular reviews and testing.
- Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery processes.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery rate, budget adherence, client satisfaction).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications:
Relevant certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification are a plus. - 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role, preferably in a customer‑facing or technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery.
- Open, reliable & transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes e.g. in organisation, product or processes.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, One Plan) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
