Agricultural Facilities Designer

Bayland Buildings Inc. is actively seeking an AGRICULTURAL FACILITIES DESIGNER to join our team. The designer will be responsible for laying out and preparing building plans for agricultural projects, using REVIT software and other computers. Successful candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a proficiency with computer‑aided design tools.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum two‑year associate's degree in a construction‑related field and at least five years of real‑world experience, including general knowledge of commercial construction.

• Lead design and prepare building plans for agricultural projects
• Collaborate with acquisitions and fulfillment teams; attend project meetings
• Occasionally perform field measurements and training activities
• Report to the VP of Architecture/Engineering

• Proficient with REVIT software and CAD applications
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline‑oriented workload management
• Associate's degree in construction or related field (minimum 2 years)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction design
• Strong oral and written communication skills
