Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:
Provide expert radiation oncology care in an outpatient cancer center. Manage a variable patient load, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning and delivery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Schedule:

Full-time schedule with a combination of clinic hours and on-call duties. Participate in the holiday coverage rotation, including major holidays such as New Year???s Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Practice Setting:
Focus on outpatient radiation oncology with no inpatient rounding required. Utilize the Epic EMR system for all patient records and communications. Certification and Licensing:
Must be board-certified in Radiation Oncology. Eligible candidates should hold an active license to practice in Wisconsin or be eligible for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Practice Details:

Outpatient Cancer Center Support Staff:
Work closely with radiation therapists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, and other support staff to deliver high-quality care. Engage in collaborative care planning with medical oncologists and other specialists as needed. EMR System:
Proficient use of the Epic EMR system is required. Call Responsibilities:
Participate in a call schedule that complements clinical hours, ensuring continuous patient care coverage. Privileges:
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges are available for a swift onboarding process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

At least one year of experience in a radiation oncology setting is preferred. Strong clinical skills in managing diverse oncology cases and delivering precision radiation therapy. Licensing:
