Overview

The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed nursing home located at 1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929, offering short‑term rehabilitation and memory care services. We are seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer medication accurately and safely.
  • Evaluate long‑term care and rehabilitation residents.
  • Apply treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents.
  • Observe residents and appropriately document care.
  • Provide patient and respectful care, regardless of resident cooperation.
  • Follow safety guidelines for all activities.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
  • BS or other diploma from a nursing program.
Pay and Schedule

Pay: LPN rate is $31–$34 per hour.

Hours:

Night shift 10:30pm to 6:00am, PRN daytime shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift work may include every other weekend.
