Payroll Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll management and full cycle payroll processes, as well as proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees.

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll systems and processes efficiently.

- Handle full cycle payroll tasks, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments.

- Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries.

- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of employee benefits and deductions.

- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.

- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Develop and implement best practices for payroll operations and systems. Requirements - Proven experience in payroll management with a focus on full cycle payroll processes.

- Strong proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations.

- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.

- Familiarity with payroll reporting and documentation standards.
