Our team in Woburn, Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Cybersecurity Analyst. The role is a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst focusing on non-technical operational tasks and administrative compliance of classified information systems. The analyst will support Cybersecurity Managers, Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs), and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to ensure adherence to all DoD regulatory policies.
Responsibilities- Provide front-line user support, manage user access workflows, system change requests, records management, and maintain/deliver information systems security education, training, and awareness.
- Gather metrics, enter data, manage program and user requests, and support other compliance work.
- Use administrative/data entry skills to support configuration management (software/hardware) and IS lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross‑function teams and the Cyber Operations team.
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in any combination including:
- Cybersecurity, systems security or hardening, or information technology.
- Experience supporting computer technologies such as databases, operating systems, network hardware, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics.
- Compliance‑based auditing from the Military or DoD industry and/or non‑defense regulations such as FAA, PCI, ISO 9001, or HIPAA.
- Experience in physical security, police work, investigations or Border Patrol.
- Data entry, metrics interpretation, project or program management, office management, senior office or executive administration, or account management.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to proactively identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Self‑motivated with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting evaluation results.
- Customer focused, adaptable, and willing to work varying assignments.
- Experience with training, records, or compliance management.
- Experience working in DoD classified operating or laboratory environments.
- IAM Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance as stipulated by NISPOM/DAAPM, JSIG, ICD 503, STIGs and associated NIST publications.
- Completion of National Industrial Security Program cybersecurity training courses available at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..

Salary range: $57,200 – $108,800.
