Responsibilities and expectations are focused on delivering high-quality home healthcare with compassionate, patient-centered care. Duties specific to the LPN/LVN role are aligned with providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with state regulations and Aveanna policies.
- Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
