• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the nursing team for home care, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

• Active RN License - Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Clinical Experience - 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise - Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications and hydration.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong Leadership & Management Skills - Ability to supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff.
• Proficient in Care Plan Development - Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management - Experience with auditing and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills - Capable of managing staffing issues and patient concerns efficiently.
• Reliable Car with Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities and emergencies.

• Experience in Home Health or Private Duty Nursing.
• Sales & Business Development Mindset - Ability to attract and retain clients.
