35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Assist program participants with health care needs and treatment issues.
• Provide direct care services and educate individuals about their health care needs.
• Manage the distribution of medications and provide emergency first aid when necessary.
• Foster positive relationships with participants, their families, and team members.
• Ensure safety protocols are met and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with computer systems and adhering to established procedures.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the program.

Must hold a current LPN license and have at least one year of experience in a community health setting.
