We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial construction project based in Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant £25m scheme with a well-established project team, offering a long-term freelance assignment with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial management of a £25m industrial project.
 
* Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
 
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
 
* Valuations, variations, and change control.
 
* Contract administration and risk management.
 
* Preparation and agreement of final accounts.
 
* Supporting the project delivery team to achieve commercial objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
 
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
 
* Strong background delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial projects.
 
* Excellent knowledge of commercial management processes and contract administration.
 
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site and project teams.
 
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
