Hybrid, 4 days a week in the office

Due to exceptional growth, our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the project delivery team on a major depot fit‑out project. This opportunity allows an individual to join the project as it ramps up to begin the main works.

• Manage multiple disciplines and subcontractors carrying out specialist packages of works at the depot using bespoke contracts.
• Lead, manage and train the commercial team.
• Lead on all contractual matters from inception to close‑out.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents.
• Manage the risk and opportunities process.
• Set and manage budgets.
• Provide procurement support.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experience managing specialist contractors.
• Charted by the RICS/CIOB (preferred).
