About The Role
Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician ready to make a tangible difference? Join our team, supporting a vital healthcare client, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for patients and staff. In this Monday‑Friday role, you'll manage a diverse range of maintenance tasks, from routine upkeep to critical problem‑solving, directly impacting the continuity of care. You'll also participate in an on‑call rotation, demonstrating your commitment to keeping our facility running smoothly, even for urgent issues outside regular hours.

- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Perform general commercial facilities maintenance, including plumbing repairs, light electrical work, and other routine building upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular checks on facility assets, including doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
The minimum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $23.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $26.00 per hour. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
