• Enter new jobs into Service Master CRM, capturing relevant customer and job information
• Review information in job files and capture additional information as needed
• Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries
• Communicate with key people on jobs including project managers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers
• Utilize multiple databases to ensure job information is accurate
• Perform additional projects on an as-needed basis

• Phone‑based customer service experience - call center experience a plus
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize job tasks based on the company's daily schedule and needs
• Self‑motivated
• Works efficiently as a team member and individually
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ask questions

We are an experienced Disaster Restoration company seeking a detail‑oriented customer service professional to handle administration of jobs.
