Real Estate Project Manager

Worcester, MA | $55K-$65K (up to $75K for strong candidates) | Full-Time

Mission-driven affordable housing organization seeking a hands-on Real Estate Project Manager to support development, renovation, and property management initiatives across a growing housing portfolio.

This role will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in managing redevelopment projects, contractor coordination, financing, and affordable housing operations.

• Manage affordable housing development and renovation projects
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, lenders, and property owners
• Support project budgets, schedules, and financing activities
• Assist with LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit projects
• Participate in development and redevelopment meetings
• Support transition of properties from third-party management back in-house
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities

• 2+ years of affordable housing project management experience
• Experience with LIHTC and Historic Tax Credits required
• Knowledge of Massachusetts affordable housing funding programs
• Strong Excel, budgeting, and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
