- Cable Harness Assembly:
Experience working on Cables and Harness per (IPC/WHMA‑A‑620). Ability to cut, strip, tin, mark and crimp wires. - Ability to build first piece from drawings.
- Ability to build and integrate complex harness and chassis per drawing.
- Repair of chassis:
Ability to interpret test failure description and perform necessary repairs.
- U.S. citizens only (ITAR certified firm).
- Have cable harness experience required.
- Fluently speak, read and write English.
- Basic computer skills to enter time in eRP software.
- 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to build cables per IPC‑A‑620 (will train).
