Altitude Roofing is seeking an experienced Exterior Trim Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in exterior trim carpentry, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. This position requires skill in various aspects of exterior finish work, including installing trim, fascia, soffits, and other architectural details with precision and a high level of craftsmanship.

• Measure, cut, and install exterior trim materials, including wood, PVC, and composite trims.
• Ensure accurate alignment and secure installation of fascia, soffits, window and door casings, and other trim features.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to execute precise trim work.
• Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• 5+ years of experience in exterior trim carpentry.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform precise measurements.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

• Familiarity with various trim materials and finishing techniques.
• Experience with other exterior carpentry work, such as siding or decking.
