Union Driver - Roll Back or Tandem Axle Driver

Job Summary

CDL Driver (Class

B) – Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from customer worksites using a flatbed or roll‑back truck in urban, suburban, and rural settings.

• Drive a flatbed or roll‑back truck safely in various conditions, including tight construction zones.
• Load and unload equipment, tools and supplies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and recoveries.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on‑site as needed.
• Adhere to a safety‑focused culture and observe all regulations.
• Support customers with a professional, customer‑service oriented attitude.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with Class B CDL certification and a safe driving record.
• Previous experience driving, loading and unloading tools or equipment.
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on‑site.
• Detail orientation and strong record‑keeping ability.
• Customer‑service focused attitude.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Hourly wage range: $27.25 to $29.25, subject to the collective bargaining agreement for the location.
