An exciting new opportunity has come up for an ambitious sales professional to join our busy team at TPA in Worksop. The main goal of this role is to increase revenue and drive growth through identifying new opportunities, expanding customer reach and maximising chances of conversion. This is to be achieved using telesales and remote communication in line with the company’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Qualifying Inbound Leads:
Maximising conversion from marketing leads, social media and website traffic - Outbound Prospecting:
Outbound calls and targeted email introductions to drive new opportunities from existing/Lapsed/prospect accounts - Managing Proposal Follow-ups:
Nurturing open opportunities with structured follow-up sequences to close deals and secure contracts - Expanding CRM databases:
Strategic customer targeting, to build contact lists and customer awareness, to aid Marketing communications - Maintaining CRM Hygiene:
Logging daily client interaction data, pipeline status, and next‑action deadlines strictly within CRM databases - Booking Strategic Appointments:
Scheduling structured meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a drive for generating new business and building a customer base
- Reliable with desire to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently without constant close supervision
- Adaptable with an aptitude for changing direction of efforts based on commercial strategy
- Excellent timekeeping and organised approach to working
- Knowledge of equipment rental industry and/or construction
