Make-Ready Technician (Apartment Turns)

Location:

Worthington, OH 43085. Compensation: $20.00/hour.

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Company: BG Staffing.

You will be a key player in turning vacant apartments into move-in ready units in a fast-paced environment.

• Complete make-ready/turn work on vacant apartments
• Perform basic maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical fixes, appliance checks
• Paint, patch, clean, and prep units for move-in
• Follow directions from the maintenance supervisor
• Work independently to complete units efficiently
• Maintain a steady pace to keep the team on track

We are looking for dependability, hustle, and follow-through.

• Experience with apartment turns or maintenance preferred
• Ability to take direction and run with it independently
• Knowledge of basic repair and prep work
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player mindset

• Work pants: black, brown, or beige
• Shirt: blue
• Professional appearance

• $20.00/hour
• Full-time, steady weekday schedule
