This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a true operational business partnering role, supporting site leadership and driving performance across a portfolio of hotels.

The Role Act as a key finance partner to General Managers and department heads, providing insight, challenge and support Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives Support day-to-day operational decision-making, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs Work closely with central finance teams to ensure strong processes, controls and reporting integrity Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment analysis About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Background within the hospitality sector is essential Prior experience in management accounting or business partnering roles Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and able to translate financials into actionable insight Hands-on, proactive and keen to develop in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Why Apply Genuine entry into a value-adding business partnering role Exposure to a multi-site, operationally driven environment Strong platform for progression into senior commercial finance roles Collaborative, people-focused culture within a well-backed international group Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
