We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Reach Driver to join our Aylesford team, supporting a busy retail warehouse operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working 12‑hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 3 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees. You will also be operating in a high‑level racking environment of up to 14 metres, so confidence and experience using a Reach Truck at height is essential.

Salary: £40,687.47 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a Reach Truck (FLT) to move stock safely and efficiently
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

• A valid D1 or D2 Reach Truck licence is essential, along with previous Reach Truck operating experience. Internal or external licences will be considered.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast‑paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
