Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality performance and relationships.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring quality personnel.
