• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (pay rate set by current contract; subject to future increases)

Schedule:

Friday & Saturday 4 PM–12 AM, Saturday & Sunday 12 AM–8 AM, Saturday & Sunday 8 AM–4 PM.

Location:

Wyoming, MI.

• Customer Service – provide the highest level of customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and co‑workers.
• Mobile Patrol – drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors.
• Patrolling – walk the interior and exterior of the various office buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, and maintenance issues.

• Reliability – report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
• Friendly personality – balance our expectations of outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules.
• Follow company and client policies – read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures as outlined, and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift.
• Use of de‑escalation techniques – defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• May not have any felony convictions and must pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
• Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aid/AED certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record:
  • Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Less than 2 at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No other major violations in the last 3 years.
• Physical requirements:
  • Sit, stand, or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
